A 1970s semi-detached house on the Blackwater River, untouched since it was built and taken back to brick — restored and reimagined while preserving key original details, including the staircase. The scheme draws inspiration from the barges visible from the kitchen window, honouring the property's 1970s heritage through period-appropriate styling and a new tiled fireplace.
